Rhythm & Detonation

Ordering Information

I am currently shut down till I get back from tour march 17th 2011.

If you want to order a pedal, the best way to coordinate things is by email hidden; JavaScript is required"">email (email hidden; JavaScript is required). I accept PayPal or money orders.

The normal turnaround is three weeks. Some things are faster if I have all the parts in stock.

All prices include shipping in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., email me and we can work out the added shipping costs. I use United States Postal Service priority mail with delivery confirmation for most packages.

If you get your pedal and you don’t like it, I will gladly accept returns. If you have custom graphics there is a $10 restocking fee becuase I have to replace the enclosure. Just email me and let me know. You will have to pay for the return shipping. If your pedal breaks, I will fix it for free for the first year.

You can have any color as long as it's black. I print my transparent decals on a b&w laser printer so the only color graphic is black over any color of paint. I recommend light colors for maximum contrast but sometimes slate grey and black look cool together. Scroll through the blog to get an idea of the possiblities.

If you want to submit your own artwork or images to use on your pedal that is fine. I work in 300dpi so high resolution graphics are required. Since everything is handmade, I can accommodate any requests you have for artwork, paint, knobs, etc. I actually enjoy doing different stuff. If every pedal were the same, I’d get bored. If you have a crazy idea for how your pedal should look, run it by me, and I will try to make it happen.

Graphic Style
This is my inspiration:

I grew up reading cometbus zines, and aaron cometbus is the king of the halftone/photocopy machine.

Borkuff bourbon soaked tobacco. My grandfather smoked this stuff. I love the way this package looks and smells.

I played drums in My Luck and that is when I found out about the font EUROSTYLE which I love and use and abuse all over the place. I think Sean from Youngblood Records used to do alot of layouts with that font. I love it!
